band Zandt Plays this week Come one Come all

This week band Zandt plays Friday 6:00PM until... come one come all a night of great fun with food specials sure to please.

Note: IN APRIL we will be switching to Summer Hours. It looks as if Summer is on its way. Also in April we will be undergoing a needed renovation. Our restrooms will be gutted & upgraded to a newer look and feel. Also in our schedule is traditional and not so traditional BBQ. A new grill has be had and we will be putting out some great Italian fare.

A Special Weekend Happy St. Patrick’s Day

This week we honor St. Patrick with a Green Lasanga. This is not your normal lasanga it has meatballs, hard boiled eggs, pesto and cheeses. You will not be hungry. Also Rifugio’s Fire Spice Flank will be served with creamy polenta and dusted with hazelnuts.

Also to keep everyone aware of improvements to the caffe we will be installing a brand new bathroom. No more sliding through sideways to get in. That will be about the mid April.

This week we introduce to you the Green Lasagna same of the well known Carnavale Lasagna with Red Sauce. This one should be sure to fill you.

Also we have Wild Pacific Cod encrusted with Hazelnuts with a bed of pasta with garlic red sauce.

This week we focus on Lamb - we will be having our LAMBWICH a delightful sandwich made with our amazing sauce married with our aioli topped with bells & a little cheese. Added to this will be the Lamb Pot Pie very similar to the Lambwich but more layers & Flavors.

Come try both.

To Top all this off as you eat your food Misty Flowers will sing. Giving all the sweet sounds to your ears.

Keep in mind that next week we will be having Buyani a South African Marimba Band. They will play Sat the 12th of March, 2011.
