Is always made with care and love. Most if not all ingredients are from the Skagit Valley and milled by Cairnsprings Mill. The blend of our flour varies and the product we may include such as sesame seeds, rye berries, caraway, fennel… I think you get the point. Our daily bread, crossed that is pictured here is made with local grains from Cairnspring Mills in Skagit Valley, Washington. I normally blend a variety of flours. Trailblazer, Organic Expresso T85 and Sequoia T85 to achieve our daily inspiration. However, its up to the Chefs creative whim. The photo given was from foraged pine cones that were then toasted, ground and blended into the loaf. Its what gave the dark toasty look.
