The humble potato cake all dressed up. We took the idea of Classic Potato Latkes from my hometown of Cleveland where we have a good many Jewish Deli’s and made it our own. We added Italian ingredients and a bit of love and you have our Potato Cake. Good with just about anything or just on its own. Your choice.
