Spaghetti & Meatballs

Our Spaghetti & Meatballs are the best in town. I have spent countless times tweaking the perfect texture, flavor, and meatiness to assure the perfect balance to go with the garlic red sauce and almost any pasta shape. Frankly, they are good alone with a basting of garlic red and a piece of bread. Our spaghetti & meatballs are by far my favorite overall dish. It is a standby dish that rarely changes. It took a while to get here, however. The task is not a simple one. Moisture, texture, meatiness, and savoriness all went into the development of the dish. We are sure you will enjoy it.
