The Deming Lumber Jack

The Deming Lumber Jack was created to satisfy the hunger of hikers lumbering over the mountains. The hikers would be dropped off at Baker Lake and they would hike over the mountain to Mount Baker and be picked up by friends. They would then make their way to us famished for carbs. It started with them ordering extra pancakes, then potato cakes, and toasts plus bacon and sausage. Instead of ordering side orders every time they came we just tailored the menu option to them. Hence “The Deming Lumber Jack”. Its a little smaller now seeing we are only open for Sunday Brunch. But it’s still a hearty meal.
