My wife and our departing cook Arlen Coiley whom is stepping down to finish off his last year of school went to the Willow's to enjoy the afternoon lunch in the quite atmosphere. One because it fits our schedule of parents and business owners and two because I wanted a slow quite experience to walk aroundand get to know the cooks and people who operate it. It is very casual yet fancy... just what I like. Blaine the Chef we bumped into as we were just arriving was personable very pleasant to get to know. Arlen happens to know Spencer our bar tender and server and cared for our every need. Spencer we invited to join us at Rifugio's and we were delighted he came. Thanks Spencer!! Sitting at the bar was a good choice. Our favorite spot for our favorite people.
